Refund Policy

Plans change — especially with elders and children in the group. Here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

1. The confirmation message governs

Every booking's written confirmation states the advance paid and the cancellation terms for those specific dates. If anything on this page conflicts with your confirmation message, the confirmation message applies.

2. Standard cancellation terms

Unless your confirmation says otherwise:

  • Cancellation 48 hours or more before check-in: full refund of the advance.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: the advance may be partly or fully retained, since the room was held for you on firm dates.
  • No-show without informing us: the advance is not refundable.
  • Utsav-period bookings (Prakat Din, Ram Navami, Samadhi Din and similar peak dates) may carry stricter terms, always stated in the confirmation.

3. How to cancel

Message or call the same number you booked on, as early as you can. Cancellation takes effect from the time of your message, and we confirm it in writing — keep that message too.

4. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are returned to the same account or UPI the payment came from, normally within 5–7 working days.

5. Date changes

If your dates shift rather than cancel, tell us — where availability allows, we move the booking to the new dates without treating it as a cancellation.
