Your details are used only to:
- Check room availability for your dates and reply with options
- Send your written booking confirmation and arrival directions
- Reach you about your own booking if something changes
3. What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone
- We do not add you to marketing or bulk-message lists
- We do not ask for card numbers, OTPs, PINs or passwords — ever

5. Retention and your choices
Booking-related messages are kept only as long as needed to service your stay and handle any follow-up. To have your details deleted from our records, message the same WhatsApp number or email info@shrigajananmaharajsansthanshegaon.com and we will remove them.
